Can I get a custom charm/sticker/etc?

Due to the nature of how I produce my merchandise in bulk, I cannot take custom orders.

How are items shipped?

All of my orders are sent out in padded envelopes to ensure your product/s get to you safely! I strive to be as environmentally conscientious as I possibly can be. All of my padded mailers are from EcoEnclose and are recyclable. They are also multi use due to their double adhesive layers, so you can use the mailer your order comes in to send something out!

Orders are either packaged inside paper gift bags or recycled and recyclable cellophane bags from EcoEnclose!

At this current time, everything is shipped in padded mailers, even flat items like stickers. I will try and have a cheaper option for sticker orders down the line, but right now I only have padded mailers available!

Will my order have tracking?

Orders to places within the United States come with tracking! Outside of the United States do not, but please feel free to get in touch to discuss shipping options if you want tracking! I can get you a quote for how much that would be.

What do I do if my package is late/might be lost?

Due to the nature of mailing and especially with the USPS having the issues it is, if a package does not show up when intended, please wait at least 4 weeks before contacting me, as it may simply be delayed and not actually lost. I am based in the United States, so if you are outside of that country please understand shipping will take at least a few weeks, maybe even a month or more. Just remember once it is out of my house, it is in the hands of the USPS and I don't have any control over the package at that point.

I put in the wrong address!

Please double check your shipping information to make sure the shipping address is up to date and without typos, but if there is a typo let me know right away! If I haven't yet paid postage/shipped it yet I will be able to fix things.

If you send the incorrect address and the package gets returned to me, I will get in touch with you to mail it again. Please bear in mind if the package is returned to me due to an error on your part, you will have to pay shipping again.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

I do not accept returns or exchanges, if you have any concerns or issues please reach out to me at sleepythymes@gmail.com! If I have not yet marked your order as shipped, we can discuss cancellations. But if I have already paid postage and shipped the package, the order cannot be cancelled.
